Terms and Conditions of Sale

1.) L/C at sight, 100% invoice value; or  50% downpayment by T/T.                                 

     (Please note we will start production of the order after TTed amount is received by us)                  

2.) Transhipment allowed                                                                                              

3.) Partial shipment permitted                                                                          

4.) Negotiable "at any counter"                                                                         

5.) a QUALITY ACCEPTANCE REPORT shall be required from your LOCAL QUALITY                    

      INSPECTION REPRESENTATIVE. (Please advise us who is your Quality Inspection                 

      Representative and contact number).                                                        

6.) Buyer agrees that any quality Control Claims must be resolved within 2 months                    

     after the merchandise is shipped X-Cebu, and must be supported by photographic               

     documentation.  Late and undocumented quality claims shall not be entertained.                   

7.) Additions may be made to this order 30 days before the scheduled shipdate.             

      Exceptions shall be made if additional items are on stock.                                  

8.) Buyer agrees that cancellation of the order, in whole or in part, shall not be                

     accepted after the signing of this contract.  To signify conformance and acceptance                

     to above Terms and conditions, please fax a copy of this Pro-forma Invoice, duly                    

     signed by BUYER or AUTHORIZED Representative.                                   

9) If your order is less than a container load, we will impose an LCL (Less Container                   

    Load) charges. Please refer to the summary below.
